You've done the bench press, the push-ups and the diets. You've tried the zinc and the testosterone boosters. Your chest still looks the same in a T-shirt. You landed on organs because they make sense. You also know your body turns testosterone into estrogen as you age, and chest fat keeps that loop going.

What most men never check is whether the jar actually carries what they're paying for. So we scored the five biggest brands on the four things that matter.

The 4 checks every jar had to pass

All 4 men's organs

Testicle, kidney, heart and liver. Kidney holds about 3.5 times the selenium of liver. Heart holds 2 to 3 times the CoQ10 of muscle meat.

One range-raised animal

Range-raised animals carry leaner tissue and more omega-3 fat than feedlot animals. And the animal on the front should be in every organ inside.

A label you can read

A supplement facts panel on the product page that names the species of every organ.

A routine you'll keep

Two capsules a day, a bottle that lasts a full month, and a guarantee that covers your order.

Why bison beats every other source

The animal decides the organ. Researchers comparing bison, beef cattle and elk found range-raised animals carry leaner tissue and more omega-3 fat than feedlot animals.

Bison is the largest land animal in North America. It grazes open range and was never bred for the feedlot. When every organ in the jar comes from that one animal, you know exactly what you're getting.

Liver

Nature's most concentrated source of vitamin A and B12. Close to 5,000 µg of vitamin A per 100 g.

Kidney

The selenium organ. About 141 µg per 100 g, around 3.5 times what liver carries.

Heart

The CoQ10 organ. Roughly 2 to 3 times the CoQ10 of muscle meat.

Testicle

The organ men buy these for, and the one most blends leave out or swap for another animal. Here it's bison.

Questions

I've already tried other organ supplements. Why is this different?

Most leave out an organ (testicle or kidney), mix animals inside one jar, or don't show a supplement facts panel. Primal Edge has liver, kidney, heart and testicle, all from free-range American bison.

How do I take it?

Two capsules a day with breakfast. One bottle is 60 capsules, so it lasts the full month.

When should I check if it's working?

Photo and tape your chest on day 1, at week 3 and at day 60, same spot and same time of day.

Is it safe to take with my medication?

It's freeze-dried organ meat, a food. If you take prescription medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before starting any supplement.

What if it doesn't work for me?

You have 60 days. If your chest isn't flatter, email support@theprimaledge.com for a full refund.
