Refund policy

Olaxo Return & Refund Policy

At Olaxo, we offer a 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start the return process, please contact us at support@olaxo.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Consumable Products: Any consumable item must be unopened. We cannot accept returns for consumable items if the packaging or seal has been broken.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to promptly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Packaging Requirements: All returned items must be in their original packaging for a refund to be approved. Items returned without their original packaging will either be rejected or incur a $5 restocking fee.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and officially post the refund to your account.
